My sales person wasn't working on day of handover, and I needed help in handover, over car features, This was done but I wasn't shown. Front tyres were incorrect pressure I told him and he just reset pressures. Warning light came back on next day.

Fantastic experience overall but the valet of the car let aiden down. Car was presented with dirty windows, still soaking wet and a wonky number plate screw which may do a disservice to Aiden in future sales.

Car wasn't ready when stated. Got a phone TWICE on the day to say it would be ready for 5-5.30 and wasn't ready until 5 to 6 which i appreciate because i understand workshops can be busy and software updates can crash but an update would've been nice

I decided to stay and wait for the service, I brought my laptop so I could work from the waiting area. The building was having work done so it was noisy and they moved me to the motorbike waiting area. Everyone was super professional and helpful.

When doing health check etc and if there's an issue there's no option on alternative ways to pay for example a weekly or monthly option to pay so the work can be fixed as the Emac you sell doesn't give you what was sold to me..

Communication takes forever. After replacment my left front daylight does not work anymore, this warning came up after replacment and never has appeared until now. Car wasn't hoovered as requested. Just overall not really happy.

Booked a service due to a request in my car, then told I didn't need it but booked my MOT which they couldn't complete so had to go back yet again to have a bulb replace while I wait??!! That's if I didn't mind waiting 3 hours. Walked out.

The lass who dealt with me was great communication wise. Can't fault her, but the one day job became 4 due to weekend and no courtesy offered 'as not 2 working days'. Windows no longer work from remote, parking camera is erratic as hell.

Getting the Citnow vid after my pick time notifying me that I was driving with an illegal bulging tyre is poor. I had my 6 month old child in the car at the time what if the tyre was to just blow out? surely you have a duty of care to notify me?

Overall really good. Only issue is Mm car was in for a recall at the sometime for an EGR coolant issue. I have found out since the recall that BMW are meant to issuing a £100 voucher as a token gesture which I never received or was offered?
