I signed for the car on the Saturday and could have driven it away on Tuesday but due to personal reasons I couldnt pick it up until the following Saturday. Everyone was so friendly including the lady getting her steps in at the coffee machine ??

We had some unforeseen logistical difficulties during the ordering process but the BMW centre was outstanding in making sure I was looked after. There isn't a single thing they could have done more. Very happy.

The video health check that was sent - the sound cut off halfway through. Must have used a dirty rag to clean the inside of the windscreen as it had a layer of dirt smeared across it
