I had an excellent experience at the BMW Sunderland branch it was a pleasure dealing with Paul Thompson and the sales manager Martin, both had a nice manner and everything was explained fully and the car was presented lovely.

Seamless from start to finish. Paul Thompson was great, as was his manager. Really listened and both the service received and car exceeded my expectations.
