I came in for an MOT and had rang to check the tyre would be changed. At 4pm it was confirmed with lease co. I was then told no mechanic available. I had been sat there for 6.5 hours. I complained and recepetion sorted it not Justin. Poor service.

Work carried out ok 5 day delay in deciding if work would be covered by warranty. Answer was no but this is being disputed. Further delay 1 day because ramp/ lift in workshop was allegedly broken. Car was in garage 8 days for front discs and pads

MOT at 10am. Phoned day before, told 2 hours, complete by 12. Still there at 1:15pm, when enquired told it was 45 minutes away from being looked at. As well as that, email report didn't contain the video, it just showed the BMW titles, and no car.

Technician forgot to plug dashcam back in after returning car which could have had insurance implications if I needed to claim, and also forgot to close OBD port. Apart from that it was an easy to use service.

The car was booked in for a recall, I instructed the desk not t carry out the pre inspection survey but they did! Stating various reasons for doing so, mainly in my opinion to generate work, which resulted in an £1800.00 bill. Which was not done.
