Paul Thomson at the Vertu Sunderland BMW branch was fantastic. This is our 4th BMW and we would use / recommend Paul every day. Despite being 170 miles from home, we found the service provided by Paul and the team to be excellent.

I was very unhappy with how I picked my car up but the service manager resolved all of these issues and booked my car into a garage closer to me for a full valet and replaced my tow bar cover after it was lost.

I was advised car would be needed all day, & would be ready for 5pm. Drove out of the garage, to find an engine management light on my dashboard. On returning to the garage, I found that all the technicians finish at 5pm, so no one could look at car!

Dropped the car off for service and went for a walk. I was told about 90 for service plus 30 for wash and valet. I returned after 40 mins and the car had not moved. Overall had to wait 45 mins longer due to other work taking place in the workshop.
