Even with ongoing refurbishment at purchase the team did a great job. Delivery may not have gone to plan but the these things happen and Matthew and the team did a great job to ensure handover the next day.

Only slight criticism would be that I waited in showroom for over 2 hours when my service consultant came over and said they could have done the job sooner had they known - but I'd already requested this from the reception team. Only criticism.

I asked for a call from the service manager when I picked my car up after it had been with them for 4 days. No call came! Car still has the fault, now is no longer is under warranty. I really feel like I am perceived to be a pest by the garage.
